Due to poor credit, there are various fees associated with the First Premier Bank Gold MasterCard® such as a $48 annual fee, an account set up fee of $29, a $95 program fee and a monthly participation fee of $6. The 9.9 percent fixed APR is considered low compared to cards designed for bad credit. However, if the cardholder’s account goes past the due date two times in six months or two times in a row, the APR will jump up to 19.9 percent.
