Platinum Business Credit Card from American Express – Introductory Period

The introductory period for this credit card lasts for 12 months. During this period, you will not be charged interest on your regular purchases. If you make a balance transfer during your introductory period, you will be charged a low APR of 7.99 percent. The benefit of making balance transfers during your introductory period is that any balance transfer initiated during the introductory period will be able to keep its introductory APR throughout its loan life.

Platinum Business Credit Card from American Express – Fees and Costs

The costs that are associated with this card include fees and interest rates. To start, there are no annual fees or additional cardholder fees. There will be a late payment fee, however, of between $19 and $38. A $35 over the limit fee will also be in effect. Finally, you will be charged a three percent cash advance fee that will have a minimum value of $5.

There are several APRs associated with this credit card. There is the zero percent introductory APR for regular purchases and a 7.99 percent introductory APR for balance transfers. After your introductory period has expired, your APRs for regular purchases will increase to 12.24 percent and 23.24 percent for cash advances. If you default on your account, then your APR can be increased again to an amount the card’s issuer feels is fair.
