Among celebrity divorces, it looks like the one that would have held the record for many years to come has been put off once again. Michael Jordan and wife Juanita Vanoy filed for divorce at the end of 2006 after years of rumors about the couple’s impending split. The resulting celebrity divorce settlement was staggering. Michael Jordan was going to be forced to pay ex-wife Juanita $168 million. This would have made the Jordans’ divorce the most expensive celebrity divorce of all time, even topping Neil Diamond’s $150 million payout to ex-wife Marcia Murphey in 1995.

However, reports claim that Jordan found his way back home, announcing his re-entry into the family home with a letter faced to Vanoy’s attorneys that firmly stated “I’m back.” Friends and associates of the superstar basketball player say he’s a family man at heart, no matter what the rumors say.
