Cruise into Discounts with the Chase SeaMiles Visa Rewards Credit Card
Posted by: Lisa N. | Dec 21,2007
If you like to travel, or have always wanted to take a cruise, the Chase SeaMiles Visa credit card might be right for you. I’ve been reviewing some of the best rewards credit cards on the Credit Tips blog to try to find the right one for me in the New Year. I’ve never been on a cruise, but I know they can be costly. Using a rewards credit card that helps me earn points towards a free cruise is extremely appealing. What you need to know about the Chase SeaMiles Visa credit card:
You can start earning cruise line points right away with this rewards credit card. You’ll automatically get 5,000 bonus points after your first purchase. You’ll get 3 points for every $1 spent towards a cruise booked through SeaMiles or a SeaMiles travel agent. And you’ll earn $1 for every other dollar charged to your rewards credit card.
Points earned when you use the SeaMiles Visa credit card can be redeemed on any cruise line. There are no fees, no point restrictions and no blackout dates, so earning and redeeming cruise line points is easy to do. I especially like the “no blackout dates” freedom that you get with the SeaMiles Visa credit card. That’s a unique claim that not all rewards credit cards can make.
The Chase SeaMiles Visa credit card has no annual fee, an introductory 0% APR for the first six months. After the first six months, you’ll have a regular APR of 16.74%. Learn more about the SeaMiles Visa credit card to see if it’s the right rewards credit card for you.
