Cash Back Credit Cards Make Travel Less Expensive
Posted by: Lisa N. | Mar 31,2008
If you plan to vacation this year, a cash back credit card can provide you with money back for all of your travel-related expenses. Cash back credit cards provide you with gift certificates or checks for using the card for every day expenses. You can get the most out of this type of credit card when you use it for big purchases, like travel.
Cash back credit cards all have unique rewards programs. When you are comparing and applying for cards, look for the one that best suits the need of a traveler. Finding an airline credit card can make earning travel rewards easy. But a general cash back credit card is nice, because you can use the card to pay for other expenses besides your flight.
When you compare rewards credit cards, look for cards that have a low introductory interest rate. If you have high interest debt on other cards, try to find a cash back credit card that also offers a life-of-balance interest rate. Combine a low introductory APR or a low balance transfer rate with a rewards credit card and you’ve got the best of both worlds- and you’ll definitely save money on your vacations this year.
