It is possible to repair bad credit, and there are ways to own a home without having to pay extremely high payments. Here are two ways to overcome bad credit:
- Rent to Own: A rent to own property, when you make the monthly payments on time, will help you build up good credit . Once you own your property, you can use this to leverage yourself into a better position on a home loan, and truly get the home of your dreams.
- Credit Repair: The building block of all credit is the credit card. Always make payments on time! Using a credit card and paying it off in a timely fashion builds up your credit, making home loans and other loans more attainable.
